This Four-Loop Lithium Carbonate FIBC Bag uses a cross-corner loop arrangement for mechanical lifting, internal transfer and transport handling of 1,000 kg lithium carbonate powder loads.
Four loops are positioned across the bag corners for connection to forklift tines or lifting equipment. Each loop measures 7 × 151 cm, weighs 52 g/m and has a specified tensile requirement of ≥17,000 N.
The loops are sewn 30 cm down the bag body rather than being attached only around the top edge. Diamond-pattern stitching and two layers of nonwoven reinforcement are used in the loop connection area.
The four-loop construction provides an individual lifting point at each bag corner. During lifting, all four loops should be correctly engaged so that the load can be transferred through multiple connection areas.
The documented loop construction includes:
These values describe the loop material and attachment construction. The tensile value of an individual loop does not replace complete-bag lifting and safety-factor testing.
The loops extend across the bag corners, placing the lifting points around all four corners of the bag. This arrangement is suitable for standard four-point lifting operations.
Actual loop loading is also affected by:
A four-loop design does not automatically guarantee equal loading under every operating condition. Each loop should be checked and correctly positioned before lifting.
The connection between the loops and the bag body transfers the lifting load into the body fabric. This product uses a 30 cm sewn-down section and diamond-pattern stitching to increase the loop-to-body connection area.
Two layers of 180 g/m² nonwoven fabric are positioned between each loop and the body. The body fabric has a specified tensile strength of ≥1,700 N/50 mm, while the stitch density is 10 stitches per 10 cm.
Loop dimensions, sewn-down length, reinforcement and stitching should be evaluated together rather than using loop width alone to assess the lifting construction.
This Lithium Carbonate FIBC Bag is intended for post-filling handling, internal plant transfer, warehouse movement, pallet loading, vehicle transportation and point-of-use feeding of battery-grade or industrial-grade lithium carbonate powder, particularly at facilities using forklifts, lifting beams or four-point lifting equipment for 1,000 kg packages; before handling, operators should verify the fork spacing, lifting-point position, condition of every loop and applicable site procedures.

The bag has a rated load of 1,000 kg and uses four cross-corner loops. Each loop has a specified tensile requirement of at least 17,000 N. Compliance with a particular lifting standard or safety factor must still be confirmed through complete-bag testing.
The 30 cm sewn-down section increases the connection area between each loop and the bag body. Diamond-pattern stitching and two nonwoven reinforcement layers are also used in this area.
Yes, provided that the forklift tines can correctly engage all four loops. The tine surfaces and edges should be smooth to avoid cutting or damaging the webbing.
This is not recommended. The bag is designed around four lifting points. Using only some of the loops may concentrate the load and cause the bag to tilt.
No. It is the specified tensile requirement for an individual loop. The complete-bag safety factor must be verified separately through the applicable test method.
The loop length can be specified according to fork dimensions, lifting method and equipment clearance. Any change should also be evaluated together with the webbing specification, sewn-down length and complete-bag testing requirements.
Check every loop for twisting, cuts, abrasion and broken stitching. The body seams and loop attachment areas should also be inspected. A visibly damaged bag should not be lifted.
