2. Circular Weaving

   • Equipped with rows of high-speed circular looms that weave the tapes into seamless tubular fabric or flat fabric. This ensures uniform density, structural integrity, and exceptional resistance to tearing.

3. Fabric Inspection & Cutting

   • Rigorous quality checks are performed on all woven fabrics. Automated and manual precision cutting lines then process the material accurately according to exact specifications for various bag styles and sizes.

4. Sewing & Assembly

   • Operated by experienced technicians using industrial sewing machines. Every loop, liner, and body panel is meticulously stitched together with high-tenacity thread to ensure maximum safety, leak-proof performance, and structural reliability.

5. Quality Control & Packaging

   • Each finished FIBC undergoes strict final inspections (including load testing where required) before being securely baled and packaged for global shipping.
