Product Description
Top Filling Bottom Discharge Chemical FIBC for Microsilica Powder Filling and Discharge
1. Product Introduction
This Top Filling Bottom Discharge Chemical FIBC is designed for equipment-based filling, full-bag transfer and bottom discharge of microsilica powder.
The top uses a φ45 × 55cm filling structure for connection with hoppers, filling pipes or weighing systems, while the bottom uses a φ35 × 45cm discharge structure for transferring stored or transported microsilica powder into downstream receiving equipment.
The bag measures 95 × 95 × 125cm with minimum warp and weft fabric strength of ≥1650N.
For microsilica projects where the FIBC needs to interface directly with upstream and downstream equipment, the filling and discharge structures become key selection factors.
2. Filling Interface
Microsilica powder is commonly transferred into the FIBC from a silo, hopper, filling pipe or weighing system.
The top filling spout must therefore match the actual equipment.
The current reference filling structure is φ45 × 55cm.
Important project information includes:
Filling pipe diameter
Hopper outlet dimensions
Bag-clamping method
Filling height
Filling rate
Available operating space
A suitable filling interface should be considered as:
Upstream Equipment → Filling Spout → FIBC
rather than as an isolated bag dimension.
3. Discharge Interface
After storage or transportation, microsilica powder normally needs to continue into downstream processing.
The current bottom discharge structure is φ35 × 45cm.
Typical receiving equipment may include:
Storage hoppers
Screw conveyors
Dosing systems
Powder-processing equipment
Other receiving units
The discharge spout should therefore be reviewed according to both the powder behavior and the downstream interface.
For microsilica powder, fineness, flowability and compaction after storage can all influence discharge performance.
4. Production Line Matching
For equipment-based microsilica packaging, the FIBC can be configured around the complete material-handling process.
The FIBC therefore acts as an intermediate packaging unit between several equipment stages.
If the upstream filling equipment, bag interfaces and downstream discharge system do not match, additional manual adjustment or material transfer may be required.
The goal is to make the FIBC work as part of the production line rather than as an isolated package.

Application
Microsilica Powder Filling and Discharge
The current production specification does not provide a confirmed rated load value, so a working-load figure should not be added without separate confirmation.
6. Application & Customization
This Chemical FIBC is mainly intended for equipment-based filling and bottom discharge of microsilica powder.
Typical applications include:
Centralized filling on microsilica production lines
Connection between hopper outlets and FIBCs
Full-bag handling and storage
Controlled bottom discharge at the destination
Connection with hoppers or conveying equipment
Project-based filling and discharge interface adjustment
If the customer's filling pipe, hopper outlet or downstream receiving equipment differs from the current reference structure, the filling and discharge configurations can be reviewed accordingly.
