Palletized Powder Transport Baffle FIBC Bag With Four-Loop Top-Fill
Palletized powder transport involves more than placing a filled bag on a pallet. The process includes equipment filling, spout closure, pallet positioning, forklift lifting and transfer to the next operating stage.
This Four-Loop Top-Fill Baffle FIBC Bag combines a top filling structure, four lifting loops and four internal baffles for dry industrial powder handling.
Selection should consider the filling interface, maximum filled dimensions, effective loop height and pallet size as one connected system.
The top filling structure can receive powder from a hopper, screw conveyor or dosing machine. A 10 cm tie is provided to close the filling spout after loading.
Buyers should provide the filling-nozzle diameter, clamping width, insertion length and feeding rate before confirming the inlet structure.
An oversized connection may allow dust to escape around the filling point. An undersized connection may restrict the feeding rate or cause material accumulation.
Graphite powder applications may also require dust extraction around the filling point and an additional sealing arrangement after loading.
The bag has four 5 × 55 cm lifting loops made from 45 g/m webbing. Each loop is connected to the body with two parallel stitching lines.
Forklift compatibility depends on effective loop height, tine width, tine spacing and the angle used to engage the loops.
If one loop carries the load before the others, the bag may tilt as it leaves the pallet. Sample lifting should verify that the four loops engage as evenly as practicable.
The 45 g/m value describes webbing weight per unit length rather than tensile strength. No 1-ton capacity should be claimed without SWL and safety-factor data.
Four 20 × 35 cm internal baffles connect the four internal corners. They restrict outward expansion and help control the footprint of the filled package.
Each panel includes one 10 × 30 cm oval opening, allowing powder to move into the corners. Corner distribution affects how evenly the bag sits on the pallet.
Insufficient filling on one side may shift the centre of gravity. The feeding position and rate should therefore be checked during the filling trial.
Baffles help control the profile, but they do not guarantee that the filled footprint will remain exactly 30 × 30 cm.

First confirm pallet length, width, load capacity and permitted overhang. The maximum filled width should not obstruct adjacent packages or forklift access.
The number of bags placed on each pallet should also be defined. Space may be required for lifting-loop access, label inspection and unloading.
Before transport, confirm that the bottom sits evenly on the pallet and that loose loops cannot be caught by forklift tines, pallet edges or adjacent cargo.
If stacking is required, confirm SWL, pallet strength, transport vibration and stacking-test requirements separately.
This Baffle FIBC Bag is intended for transferring graphite powder, mineral powder, carbon-based powder and other dry industrial materials from filling equipment to pallets, warehouses or subsequent production processes. The top inlet receives powder from the filling system, four 5 × 55 cm loops support forklift lifting, and four internal baffles control the filled profile. A sample test should verify bulk density, target weight, filling-nozzle dimensions, forklift compatibility and pallet fit before production.
Provide the powder name, particle size, bulk density, flow behaviour and target net weight.
Confirm the outlet diameter, effective length, clamping method and required feeding rate.
Provide the tine width, thickness, spacing and available lifting height to verify loop compatibility.
Select the pallet using maximum filled dimensions rather than the nominal empty base alone.
Check loop engagement, load balance, bag inclination and deformation around the loop attachment areas.
No. Loop quantity describes the lifting arrangement rather than the SWL.
Rated capacity requires supporting safety-factor and complete-bag test data.
No. Compatibility depends on effective loop height, tine dimensions and operating clearance.
A sample lifting trial is recommended.
Flexible PP fabric changes shape under powder pressure, so the maximum filled width may exceed the nominal base.
Filled dimensions provide a more reliable basis for checking pallet overhang.
No. It closes the spout, but sealing performance also depends on folding, seams and particle size.
Fine powder may require additional sealing or a liner.
They can affect the internal flow path, which is why each baffle contains a 10 × 30 cm oval opening.
Powders prone to bridging should be verified through an actual filling trial.
