This 17,000 N Loop Strength Lithium Carbonate FIBC Bag is designed for packing and mechanically handling 1,000 kg loads of lithium carbonate powder, with a measurable tensile requirement for each lifting loop.
The bag has four lifting loops, and the production specification requires each loop to achieve a tensile value of at least 17,000 N. Compared with a general “high-strength loop” description, the quantified value provides a clearer reference for product confirmation, sample testing and batch inspection.
Each loop measures 7 × 151 cm and weighs 52 g/m. It is sewn 30 cm down the bag body using a diamond-pattern attachment. Two layers of 180 g/m² nonwoven material are positioned between the loop and the body to reinforce the connection area.
The 17,000 N value applies to an individual lifting loop. It is not the complete-bag breaking load and should not be used independently to claim a complete-bag safety factor.
The lifting loops transfer the filled-bag load to the handling equipment. During lifting, the load passes through the webbing, loop stitching and body fabric.
The documented lifting configuration includes:
The tensile strength of an individual loop is only one part of the lifting system. Complete-bag performance is also affected by the body fabric, seam quality, lifting angle, material distribution and handling method.
During lifting, the load is transferred from the loops through their attachment areas and into the bag body.
The main body uses 190 g/m² fabric with a specified tensile strength of ≥1,700 N/50 mm and a weaving density of 54 × 54 yarns per 10 cm. Sewing each loop 30 cm down the body increases the connection area between the webbing and fabric.
Diamond-pattern stitching and two nonwoven reinforcement layers are used at the attachment areas. These features reinforce the connection construction, but final lifting performance should still be verified by complete-bag testing.
This Lithium Carbonate FIBC Bag can be used for:
Before use, the lifting equipment, fork spacing, loop engagement method, complete-bag safety factor and site handling procedures should be confirmed.

It is the specified minimum tensile requirement for each individual lifting loop.
No. The bag has a rated load of 1,000 kg, while 17,000 N is the tensile requirement for one lifting loop. The two values should not be treated as equivalent.
No. Complete-bag performance is also influenced by lifting angle, stitching, body-fabric strength and load distribution. It should be determined through complete-bag testing.
Two nonwoven layers reinforce the local attachment area between each loop and the body and help distribute the load around the stitched connection.
It can be handled by a forklift using the correct lifting method. All loops should be properly engaged, and sharp tine edges should not cut or scrape the webbing.
