The CBJ-1350 FIBC Cutting Machine is designed for continuous feeding, length cutting, and panel preparation of PP woven FIBC fabric. The PDF specifies a production capacity of 15–18 pieces per minute at a cutting length of L=1000 mm.
Actual output changes with the selected cutting length, cold or hot cutting mode, hole and corner preparation, folding modules, and material-feeding condition. The 15–18 pieces/min value should therefore not be applied to every length within the 300–6000 mm cutting range.
The machine supports cold and hot cross-cutting. Cold cutting mechanically separates the base fabric. Selection should consider the condition of the cut edge and whether the panel will undergo subsequent folding or sewing.
Hot cutting applies controlled heat to the PP woven fabric edge. The PDF lists a temperature-control value of 280°C. The operating setting should be adjusted according to fabric weight, coating condition, weave density, and the observed edge result rather than using one temperature for every material.
| Comparison Item | Cold Cutting | Hot Cutting |
|---|---|---|
| Main purpose | Length cutting of the fabric | Cutting with thermal edge treatment |
| Conditions to confirm | Blade condition, material movement, and edge shape | Temperature, edge condition, and material response |
| Selection basis | Subsequent folding or sewing process | Required PP woven fabric edge condition |
| Trial-cut focus | Straightness and dimensional compliance | Excessive melting, sticking, or insufficient edge treatment |
| Parameter basis | Material thickness and feeding condition | Fabric weight, coating condition, and the 280°C control value |
Hot cutting may be selected to control fraying at a PP woven fabric edge. The final result must be verified with the actual material and should not be described as completely fray-free without testing.
The machine uses pneumatic roll loading and accepts a maximum fabric-roll diameter of 1100 mm. Its automatic web-guiding mechanism has a specified correction distance of 300 mm for adjusting the lateral position of the roll material before cutting.
During continuous production, operators should inspect roll installation, material tension, guiding position, and cut-edge condition. Trial cutting should be repeated whenever the fabric width, weight, or coating structure changes.
In addition to cold and hot cross-cutting, the CBJ-1350 provides circular-hole and corner cutting within a 200–600 mm range for bag-body panels that require prepared openings.
Forward-folding or forward-and-reverse-folding modules can be selected according to the order. A safety light curtain is installed at the cutting position, but safe operation still requires shutdown procedures, maintenance controls, and operator training.

This FIBC Cutting Machine is mainly used for length cutting of PP woven body panels for FIBCs, jumbo bags, and bulk bags. Cold cutting can be selected for panels requiring subsequent folding or sewing, while hot cutting can be used when thermal edge treatment is required and confirmed through material trials. The machine can also prepare circular holes, corner openings, and optional folded sections before the sewing process.
The buyer or production team should provide the fabric width, roll diameter, target cutting length, fabric weight, coating condition, edge requirement, opening dimensions, and required folding module. Shift output should be calculated from trials using the buyer’s material and target length rather than by multiplying the 15–18 pieces/min reference value by the working time.
This cannot be concluded from the PDF. The 15–18 pieces/min rating applies to L=1000 mm, so a different cutting length requires separate production-cycle confirmation.
The PDF lists 280°C as the temperature-control value. The operating setting should be adjusted according to fabric weight, coating condition, and trial-cut results.
The machine can be configured for cold or hot cutting, but the method should be selected according to edge requirements, subsequent sewing operations, and material-trial results.
