Product Description

2200 mm Wide FIBC Liner Cutting Machine with Straight Heat Sealing for PE Inner Bags

How Liner Cutting Differs from Woven-Fabric Cutting

An FIBC liner is generally made from plastic film and requires length cutting and end sealing according to the internal bag dimensions. Compared with PP woven base fabric, liner film can be more sensitive to tension, surface sticking, and heating parameters, so feeding, guiding, sealing, and cold cutting must be controlled separately.

The ZNCMJ-2200 FIBC Liner Cutting Machine handles liner material up to 2200 mm wide and combines straight heat sealing with cold cutting to prepare inner liners for installation in FIBCs.

Purpose of Straight Heat Sealing

Straight heat sealing creates a linear sealed area across the end of the liner film. Seal formation depends on film material, thickness, number of layers, temperature, pressure, and contact time.

The PDF lists a temperature-control value of 280°C but does not specify the applicable film-thickness range, sealing width, or seal strength. Therefore, 280°C should not be treated as a fixed production temperature for every PE liner. Trials with the buyer’s actual film are required.

Processing Path from Film Roll to Liner

Process Stage Machine Function Items to Check
Roll loading Pneumatic loading Roll installation and maximum Ø1100 mm diameter
Material travel Automatic web guiding Lateral film position and 300 mm correction distance
Length setting 300–4000 mm cutting range Developed liner length and sealing allowance
Straight sealing Straight heat sealing Temperature, sealing position, and film bonding
Section cutting Cold cutting Cut position and finished liner length
Material output Optional conveyor belt Liner receiving and downstream transfer

A shaped-sealing module is available when a non-straight sealing profile is required. The shape, dimensions, and sealing position should be confirmed through drawings and samples.

2200 mm Refers to Material Width

The specified 2200 mm value is the maximum base-material or film width, not the finished liner width. FIBC liner dimensions may also involve gussets, tubular-film construction, side development, and the available space inside the outer bag.

The buyer should provide the PE film-roll width, developed liner dimensions, finished dimensions, sealing position, and gusset information. For tubular film, the roll structure and opening direction should also be identified.

How to Interpret ±2 mm Cutting Accuracy

The ZNCMJ-2200 has a specified cutting accuracy of ±2 mm across a length range of 300–4000 mm. This value describes the length-cutting result; it does not mean that sealing position, sealing width, or seal strength has the same ±2 mm tolerance.

Liner length and sealing condition should be inspected separately after changing the film material, target length, or heating parameters.

Application

This FIBC Liner Cutting Machine is mainly used for roll loading, automatic web guiding, straight heat sealing, and length cutting of PE inner liners for FIBCs, jumbo bags, and bulk bags. Its 2200 mm material width and 300–4000 mm cutting range accommodate different developed liner dimensions. For powder, granule, or other industrial-material packaging, the final liner material, thickness, and sealing performance should be determined according to the product and finished-bag test requirements.

FAQ

1. Can the machine seal every thickness of PE film?

This cannot be concluded from the PDF. No applicable film-thickness range is provided, so the buyer’s actual film should be tested.

2. Does the 6–8 pieces/min capacity apply to every liner length?

No. The rating applies to L=1000 mm. A different liner length, sealing method, or film condition requires separate cycle confirmation.

3. Does ±2 mm also represent the sealing-position accuracy?

No. ±2 mm is the specified cutting accuracy. The PDF does not provide a separate tolerance for sealing position or seal strength.
