This Shape-Retaining Lithium Carbonate FIBC Bag uses four internal baffle panels to control the filled-bag profile. The baffles connect opposing walls and restrict excessive outward movement while lithium carbonate powder is being filled.
The bag has a rated load of 1,000 kg and nominal dimensions of 108 × 108 × 125 cm. It contains four 56 × 100 cm baffle panels made from 130 g/m² internally coated fabric. Multiple openings allow the powder to move between different sections of the bag without removing the restraining function of the baffles.
This construction is intended for lithium carbonate packaging projects with defined requirements for the filled-bag profile, pallet fit and occupied warehouse space. Actual filled dimensions still depend on bulk density, filling weight, baffle position and material distribution.
In a conventional FIBC, lateral pressure from the powder pushes the bag walls outward. The four internal panels connect opposing walls and limit their movement.
The documented baffle construction includes:
The U-shaped openings allow lithium carbonate powder to move between the internal sections during filling. The baffles restrict lateral wall movement and help the filled bag maintain a more controlled square profile.
This Lithium Carbonate FIBC Bag is intended for 1-ton filling, internal transfer, palletized storage and transportation of battery-grade or industrial-grade lithium carbonate powder, particularly in operations using fixed pallet dimensions, organized warehouse layouts, controlled filled-bag profiles, automated filling equipment or bottom-discharge systems; where multi-layer stacking is required, the bulk density, actual filled dimensions, pallet capacity and storage height must be evaluated through separate testing.

Provide the maximum permitted length and width after filling, rather than only the empty-bag dimensions. Baffles can restrain outward expansion but do not guarantee that the filled dimensions will remain identical to the empty dimensions.
Calculate the volume required for 1,000 kg of lithium carbonate. Incorrect bag volume can reduce the profile-control effect of the baffles.
Required volume (m³) = 1,000 kg ÷ actual bulk density (kg/m³)
Confirm:
This information determines whether the 108 × 108 cm nominal base is suitable.
Baffle openings affect internal powder movement. Their size and quantity should be selected according to the filling rate, powder flowability and required material distribution.
Four internal baffles are used to manage the filled-bag profile. They do not independently establish multi-layer stacking capacity. Stacking applications require filled-bag tests and verification of pallet strength and warehouse conditions.
