Product Description
Microsilica Powder Chemical FIBC with Inner Liner for Bulk Filling and Discharge
1. Product Introduction
This Microsilica Powder Chemical FIBC is designed for bulk filling, handling, storage and downstream discharge of microsilica powder, particularly for projects requiring an inner liner and controlled cleanliness during packaging.
The bag measures 95 × 95 × 125cm and uses 180gsm white uncoated circular double-warp fabric with minimum warp and weft fabric strength of ≥1650N. The fabric specification includes 1% UV additive.
A 100 × 100 × 135cm, 5丝 inner liner is installed inside the FIBC, providing an additional packaging layer for microsilica powder.
The bag uses a φ45 × 55cm top filling structure and a φ35 × 45cm bottom discharge structure, supporting the complete packaging process from centralized filling through handling and downstream discharge.
2. Microsilica Powder Bulk Packaging Application
The primary application of this Chemical FIBC is bulk packaging, storage, transportation and downstream discharge of microsilica powder.
After production, microsilica powder may need to move through centralized filling, warehouse storage, transportation and downstream material-use stages.
The FIBC combines these operations within one packaging unit through its top filling structure, inner liner and bottom discharge design.
A typical process can be:
Microsilica Powder Production
→ Bulk Filling
→ FIBC Handling
→ Storage / Transportation
→ Bottom Discharge
→ Downstream Use
This configuration is particularly suitable for projects where microsilica powder needs to be packed in bulk at the production site and later handled through industrial storage and logistics operations.
3. Inner Liner & Clean Packaging
The FIBC includes a 100 × 100 × 135cm, 5丝 inner liner with top and bottom structural connections and a sealed bottom.
For fine microsilica powder, the liner provides an additional packaging layer between the material and the outer FIBC structure.
The production requirements also place particular emphasis on cleanliness, requiring the bag to remain free from visible loose threads, contamination, oil and cutting debris.
This makes the configuration suitable for microsilica powder projects where packaging cleanliness is an important operating requirement.
4. Filling & Discharge
The top uses a φ45 × 55cm filling spout made from 100gsm white coated material with a 25cm tie.
It can provide an interface between the FIBC and microsilica powder hoppers, filling pipes or other upstream feeding equipment.
The bottom uses a φ35 × 45cm discharge structure, also made from 100gsm white coated material and equipped with a 20cm tie.
After storage or transportation, the bottom outlet provides a defined path for transferring microsilica powder into downstream receiving equipment.
Final spout dimensions should be checked according to actual powder flow behavior and equipment interfaces.

Microsilica Powder Bulk Filling and Discharge
The current production specification does not provide a confirmed rated load value, so a working-load figure should not be added without separate confirmation.
6. How to Choose
Selection should begin with the actual microsilica powder conditions, including target filling weight, bulk density, fineness, flow behavior and storage requirements.
The upstream filling system should then be reviewed. The current reference filling spout is φ45 × 55cm, but the final structure should match the actual hopper outlet or filling pipe.
Downstream discharge should also be considered before finalizing the bag. The current discharge structure is φ35 × 45cm and should be checked against hoppers, conveying equipment or other receiving systems.
For projects with higher cleanliness requirements, buyers should also confirm whether the inner liner, cleanliness controls, labels, document pouch and other auxiliary configurations need to be retained.
