This baffle Fertilizer FIBC with lifting loops is designed for bulk packaging, full-bag handling and storage of urea, NPK compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monoammonium phosphate (MAP), diammonium phosphate (DAP), muriate of potash (MOP), sulfate of potash (SOP), superphosphate and other similar dry granular or powdered fertilizers.
The bag measures 105 × 105 × 125cm and uses 180gsm white coated fabric with minimum warp and weft strength of ≥1500N.
Four 55 × 100cm internal baffles are combined with four main lifting belts and four lifting loops to support filled-bag shape control, lifting, forklift transfer and warehouse handling.
For ammonium nitrate and other fertilizers subject to special safety, transportation or regulatory requirements, packaging suitability and required certification must be confirmed separately.
After fertilizer filling, bag shape and handling become important parts of the packaging process.
Free-flowing fertilizer granules such as urea, NPK, MAP, DAP and potash can create lateral pressure against the FIBC side walls, increasing the space occupied by the filled bag.
Different factories also use different forklifts, lifting devices and warehouse layouts.
If the filled-bag profile or lifting structure does not match the operating environment, storage and transfer can become more difficult even when the filling process itself is completed successfully.
This FIBC combines four 55 × 100cm internal baffles, four 7 × 190cm main lifting belts and four 7 × 88cm lifting loops. The baffles provide additional restraint against excessive lateral expansion after urea, compound fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer or potash granules are filled into the bag, while 10 × 30cm oval openings allow material to continue flowing between internal sections. The main lifting belts form the primary lifting structure, while the additional loops support full-bag lifting and transfer, making the design suitable for fertilizer packaging processes involving forklift handling, warehouse storage and logistics.

The FIBC can be evaluated for a wide range of common dry granular and powdered fertilizers.
Nitrogen Fertilizers: urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride and similar dry nitrogen fertilizers.
Compound Fertilizers: NPK compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer and similar granular fertilizer formulations.
Phosphate Fertilizers: MAP, DAP, superphosphate and similar phosphate fertilizer materials.
Potassium Fertilizers: MOP, SOP and similar potash fertilizer granules.
Other Fertilizer Products: BB fertilizer, blended granular fertilizers and other dry fertilizer materials with comparable packaging characteristics.
For ammonium nitrate and other materials with specific safety or regulatory requirements, packaging specifications and compliance requirements should be reviewed separately.
This FIBC is suitable for bulk packaging and handling of urea, NPK compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, MAP, DAP, MOP, SOP, superphosphate, BB fertilizer and similar dry fertilizer materials.
It is particularly relevant for operations involving forklift lifting, full-bag transfer, centralized warehouse storage, transportation and downstream unloading after fertilizer filling.
First identify the exact fertilizer rather than specifying only “fertilizer.” Confirm whether the product is urea, NPK, MAP, DAP, potash or another material, together with particle form, flowability and caking behavior.
Then confirm how the filled bag will be lifted and stored. Fork dimensions, lifting equipment, warehouse space and required filled-bag profile should all be considered.
Internal baffles become more relevant when lateral expansion affects warehouse arrangement, while the lifting belt and loop structure should be matched to the actual handling equipment.
Special fertilizers subject to additional safety or transportation regulations require separate packaging confirmation.
