Rice sack fabric may use PP or PE tape yarn according to the required fabric construction, printing, coating and storage conditions. This PP and PE Tape-Compatible Circular Loom Machine weaves PP, PE and other synthetic flat tapes into continuous tubular fabric.
Compatibility means that the loom can be configured for either material. It does not mean that PP and PE tapes can be changed without adjustment. A material change requires the operator to review warp tension, weft density, running speed and winding conditions.
| Tape-yarn condition | Setting or information to confirm |
|---|---|
| PP or PE tape type | Confirm the threading and weaving arrangement |
| Linear density | Reference requirement ≥111 tex |
| Linear-density deviation | Reference limit ≤±10% |
| Elongation at break | Reference range 15%–30% |
| Relative breaking force | Reference requirement ≥0.32 N/tex |
| Tape width | Match the warp arrangement and fabric density |
| Target fabric weight | Adjust the warp and weft configuration |
| Required weft density | Set within 10–16 picks/inch |
The loom alone does not determine the final fabric performance. Tape quality, stretching condition, warp quantity and weaving settings must work together.
The loom first weaves PP or PE tape into continuous tubular fabric and winds the fabric into rolls. Downstream production normally includes:
The machine performs the base-fabric weaving stage rather than the complete sack-making process.
The Circular Loom Machine is used to weave PP or PE tubular fabric for rice, paddy and other dry-grain packaging sacks. It supports continuous weaving and winding for grain packaging material manufacturers. Tape yarn and loom settings can be selected according to the required fabric weight, density, printing and coating process. Food-contact, moisture, insect-control and extended-storage requirements must be confirmed through the resin grade, additives, coating, liner, closure and finished-sack testing.

The manual states that the loom can weave PP or PE tapes, but it does not confirm arbitrary mixing in one fabric. A trial sample is required.
Not automatically. Tension, density and speed should be adjusted according to tape width, linear density and elongation.
No. Food-contact compliance depends on the resin, additives, production hygiene and finished-product testing.
No. It produces woven base fabric. Moisture protection generally requires downstream coating, lamination, a liner and an appropriate closure.
