Cement packaging fabric may require different settings depending on tape-yarn specifications, weft density and tubular fabric width. This Variable-Speed Circular Loom Machine supports frequency-controlled operation from 0 to 68 rpm, allowing the operator to adjust the weaving process for the required sack fabric.
The purpose of variable speed is not to keep the loom at its maximum setting at all times. It allows controlled adjustment during startup, specification changes and continuous production.
After threading, shuttle installation and lubrication, the operator should use inching mode to check the main shaft, shuttles, winding mechanism and cooling fan. Continuous operation should begin only after the rotation direction and machine condition have been checked.
During normal production, speed can be adjusted according to the required cement sack fabric density and surface condition. The loom supports 10–16 picks/inch, so running speed and weft-density settings must be coordinated.
After a warp break, weft break or weft-package replacement, the machine should not immediately return to a high speed. The operator should first check yarn positioning, shuttle condition and warp tension.
| Adjustment | Production condition to observe |
|---|---|
| Operating speed | Shuttle movement, vibration and abnormal noise |
| Weft density | Number of picks per unit length |
| Warp tension | Tension balance on both sides |
| Tape-yarn specification | Linear density and elongation consistency |
| Fold diameter | Tubular width required by the cutting plan |
| Winding speed | Coordination with woven fabric output |
| Lubrication | Continuous lubrication of the cam, slider and shuttles |
Increasing speed without checking fabric density, warp tension and winding conditions may affect fabric dimensions or increase production interruptions.
The machine is mainly used to weave PP or PE tape yarn into continuous tubular fabric for cement packaging sacks. It supports the weaving and winding stages in cement sack material production. The woven fabric must subsequently undergo coating, printing, cutting, valve construction or sewing according to the finished sack design. Fine-powder containment, moisture protection and valve-filling requirements depend on downstream coating and bag-converting processes rather than loom speed alone.

No. The operating speed should be selected according to tape quality, weft density, fold diameter and machine condition.
Speed changes must be coordinated with weft-density and winding controls. Acceptance should be based on the finished fabric specification.
No. It produces tubular woven fabric. Coating, printing, cutting and sewing require downstream equipment.
Not necessarily. Output also depends on fabric density, width, tape-yarn condition, replacement time and production stoppages.
