Product Description

900kg Food Grade Bulk Bag 94x94x140cm with ≥1700N Fabric Strength

1. Product Overview

The 900kg Food Grade Bulk Bag is designed for flour, grain and other dry food-related bulk materials that require both reliable load performance and controlled production cleanliness.

The finished bag size is 94 × 94 × 140 cm, with a loading capacity of 900 kg. The base fabric strength is specified at ≥1700 N in both warp and weft directions.

The bag body uses 185 g/m² white woven fabric with external coating, while the top, bottom, filling spout and discharge spout use different coated fabric specifications according to their functions.

For food packaging applications, this model also includes specific cleanliness-control requirements such as air cleaning and light-table inspection to reduce loose threads, dirt, insects and other visible foreign matter inside the bag.

3. Cleanliness Control for Food Packaging

For food-related bulk packaging, carrying capacity is not the only consideration.

Loose threads, dust, dirt or other visible foreign matter inside the bag may affect the cleanliness of the packed material.

For this reason, this bag requires additional production cleaning and inspection.

The production process includes air cleaning to remove visible loose fibers and thread residues after cutting and sewing.

The bag is also required to pass light-table inspection, allowing operators to check internal areas more carefully before final packing.

Important inspection areas include:

Bag interior

Filling spout

Discharge spout

Top and bottom seams

Folded edges

Sewing connections

The production requirement also specifies that the finished bag should be free from visible insects and dirt.

These controls make this design more suitable for flour, grain and other dry food-material applications than a general-purpose industrial FIBC.

4. Coated Fabric and Seam Design

Different sections of the bag use different fabric specifications.

The main bag body uses 185 g/m² woven fabric with external coating.

The top and bottom use 165 g/m² fabric with internal coating, while the filling and discharge spouts use 95 g/m² internally coated fabric.

This allows the fabric structure to be selected according to the actual function of each section.

The sewing construction also receives additional attention.

The filling spout and discharge spout use folded seam structures with cotton-strip reinforcement.

The connection between the bag top and body uses double-fold double stitching with a double-sided cotton strip.

The bag bottom and body use a similar reinforced sewing structure.

These details are especially relevant for flour and fine dry food materials, where seam construction and internal cleanliness are both important.

5. 900kg Load Capacity and ≥1700N Fabric Strength

The bag is designed for a 900 kg loading capacity.

Its base fabric strength is specified as:

Warp Strength: ≥1700 N

Weft Strength: ≥1700 N

The bag body uses 185 g/m² woven fabric.

For professional buyers, these parameters provide a more complete basis for product evaluation than looking only at nominal load capacity.

Fabric strength, bag dimensions, sewing structure and lifting configuration should be considered together when selecting an FIBC for bulk food handling.

6. Filling, Discharge and Lifting Structure

The top filling structure is designed at approximately Φ60 × 65 cm.

The bottom discharge structure is approximately Φ32 × 60 cm.

This design is suitable for applications where flour, grain or other dry materials are filled through a defined inlet and discharged through a dedicated bottom outlet.

The bag uses four soft cross-corner lifting loops, each measuring 7.5 × 117 cm.

Two additional soft belts measuring 7.5 × 140 cm are also included.

The lifting-loop areas use reinforced sewing, while the stitch requirement is specified at 9–11 stitches.

These structural details support repeated filling, lifting, storage and transportation operations.

7. Applications and Selection Guide

This Food Grade Bulk Bag can be used for dry bulk materials such as:

Flour

Wheat

Grain

Cereal raw materials

Dry food ingredients

Powdered agricultural materials

Other compatible dry food materials

When selecting a Food Grade FIBC, buyers should confirm the packed material first.

For flour and fine powders, cleanliness, seam structure and discharge design deserve particular attention.

The required filling weight should also be confirmed. This model is designed for 900 kg.

If the customer uses automatic filling or unloading equipment, the filling and discharge spout sizes should be checked before production.

For food-related applications, buyers should also confirm the required cleanliness-control process and any additional certification requirements separately.
