This Type C Chemical FIBC is designed primarily for full-bag lifting, forklift transfer, warehouse handling and conductive connection after chemical materials have been filled.
The bag measures 90 × 90 × 70cm with a safe working load of 700kg.
The body, top and bottom use 190gsm white conductive coated fabric with minimum warp and weft fabric strength of ≥1850N.
Four 5 × 148cm red conductive lifting belts are integrated into the bag. Each belt contains three parallel conductive yarns and connects with the bag body and conductive film, making the lifting system part of the Type C conductive path.
After filling, chemical FIBCs normally pass through multiple handling stages including lifting, forklift transfer, storage and loading.
In a conventional FIBC, lifting belts mainly provide mechanical lifting support.
For a Type C application, buyers also need to confirm whether the lifting area is electrically connected with the conductive structure of the bag.
Checking only the bag body material is not enough to understand the complete conductive construction.
This FIBC uses four 5 × 148cm red conductive lifting belts, each containing three parallel conductive yarns. The belts are positioned along the outside of the bag, sewn together with the bag body and connected with conductive film. This brings the full-bag lifting area into the Type C conductive structure. The 190gsm conductive coated fabric, conductive film and conductive lifting belts work together as the main conductive system while supporting handling at the rated 700kg working load.

The lifting belts are not treated only as mechanical handling components.
Four red conductive belts are positioned along the bag body, with conductive yarns integrated into each belt and structural connections made to the conductive film and bag body.
This allows the lifting area to remain part of the overall Type C conductive structure during full-bag handling.
Additional conductive straps with reinforced stitching are also used to support bag fixing and handling.
This FIBC is particularly suitable for processes involving:
Full-Bag Lifting → Forklift Transfer → Warehouse Storage → Transportation
For chemical powders, granules, resin materials, inorganic salts and similar dry industrial materials, lifting-belt configuration should be checked against filled weight, forklift dimensions, lifting equipment and available operating space.
Where static-control requirements are present, the conductive bag structure should also be matched with the actual grounding method.
This Type C FIBC is mainly intended for industrial chemical packaging applications requiring full-bag lifting, forklift handling, warehouse transfer and conductive connection.
It can be evaluated for chemical powders, resin materials, chemical granules, inorganic salts, chemical additives and similar dry industrial materials according to actual operating conditions.
Materials subject to special static, hazardous-goods or transportation requirements require separate technical and regulatory confirmation.
The current safe working load is 700kg.
If the required filled weight changes, the bag body, lifting belts and sewing structure should be reviewed again.
Confirm fork dimensions, lifting hooks, lifting height and available operating space.
The lifting-belt arrangement should match the actual handling equipment.
For a Type C FIBC, do not check only whether the body fabric is conductive.
The conductive yarns in the lifting belts and their connection with conductive film and the bag body should also be reviewed.
If the filled FIBC passes through repeated forklift transfer, storage and transportation, the lifting arrangement should be evaluated under actual handling conditions.
Type C construction should be used together with the required grounding arrangement.
Grounding points, operating procedures and applicable safety requirements should be confirmed before use.
