Compared with dense materials such as minerals or chemical powders, polyester staple fiber requires more internal bag capacity and a more efficient filling structure.
This 500kg Large Capacity Polyester Staple Fiber Bulk Bag is designed for recycled fiber and other bulky synthetic fiber packaging applications. Its large-volume construction provides sufficient space for low-density fibers, while the Full Open Top allows fast manual or mechanical filling without restricting the material through a narrow filling spout.
Polyester Staple Fiber is lightweight, bulky and resilient. When a conventional FIBC with a small filling spout is used, fibers may bridge or accumulate around the filling opening, slowing down the packaging process.
Bag volume is also an important factor. Even when an FIBC is capable of carrying 500kg, insufficient internal volume may prevent the bag from reaching its intended loading weight.
For this reason, PSF packaging should be designed according to the fiber bulk density, bag dimensions, filling method and lifting requirements.
